Good location for a reasonable price
Rooms could be updated but overall good stay. Clean beds and bathroom, staff was helpful when I asked about local restaurants and when I needed something printed. Location was good. Will stay there again next time I’m in Binghamton

If you’re looking to see professionalism at the front desk… it’s not there. When I got to my room, I had to ask one of the cleaners to clean the bathroom floor because it was still dirty. The towels were dirty. I wanted a drink from the snack bar and had it charged to my room the first time but than was told the second time that I have to pay cash. So I asked is there an ATM here and there’s none so it was pointless to have customers pay cash only if you do not have an ATM.

I was hesitant staying here from all the reviews and it was one of the last hotels left for move in weekend at Binghamton University. It was fine. Yes, it’s dated and can use a facelift but it was clean and convenient. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I have no problem staying here again.

It was a suitable place for a place to crash on your way to another place. The bathroom had pink mold growing in the corners of the tub, but over all it was fine.

We had a great stay The room was very clean. Staff on the desk were very helpful. The breakfast was nice. It was hot and a good variety. The grounds outside were very appealing with lovely flower beds. We will stay here again and in fact booked our next stay in Virginia at a comfort inn.

Unfortunately when I checked in I discovered that this hotel is no longer pet friendly. I have stayed here many times with my cute, well-behaved little Labradoodle as a halfway stop on our way to Lake George, but, sadly, this will be my last time coming here.
