The property was dirty and run down. NOT like the pictures. There were people just hanging around out in the parking lot. The room was dirty with sand still on the floor, roaches and bugs in the bathroom and smelled of smoke. Spoke to the clerk and she did not offer another room (they were in the same condition?). She redunded my deposit I had paid in cash and said since I booked wirh Expedia they would refund my money. Upon speaking with Expedia they said the hotel had to okay the refund. That was crazy. Terrible condition and NOT up to the description found on Expedia.

The only positive thing about my stay here is that the beds were very comfortable. I'm pretty sure it had been a long time since the floors had been cleaned in my room, and I'm 100% positive the toilet had not been cleaned since the last person was there. The place just had this strong chemical smell. That and the mattresses stacked by the parking lot made me very nervous about bugs.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The hotel is nice enough, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not the greatest, but was satisfactory. The staff was helpful at check in. Overall nothing to complain about.

I had plenty of space to park truck with a trailer. There is a vacant lot beside the hotel. When I arrived my room smelled slightly bad rhen got worse within 10 minutes. The person next to my room was vaping pot. I told rhe desk clerk. She moved me to another room and dealt with the issue. Good staff. Unfortunately you can't always control what people will do. The rest of my stay was fine. This is the 3rd time I have stayed there. I will go back.

The blankets had cigarette burns, the floor was dirty upon arrival, the drawers had debri in them, there was hair in the shower, there was a razor guard left on the top of the shower ledge, I went to use a tissue and the front of the tissue box came right off. I cleaned all of the drawers out before placing my items inside. I then cleaned the main areas of the floors. The room was turned over and when we came back the floors were still not cleaned, so I cleaned them again. There were animals outside fighting all night making it difficult to sleep. They were out of the Cinnamon toast after the first day and never replenished. The door in the bathroom showed clear water damage but instead of replacing the trim it was just pained over. The hinges on the door were just painted over making the door stick at times. The walls had dirt on them. There was an old cigarette burn on the tub eventhough we chose a non smoking room.

There were a lot of people hanging outside the property. They were loud and also the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom floors were not clean. It had an unclean smell. There were old dirty mattresses right outside our room. Sketchy men hanging out on stairs making noise most of the night. It would be nice to get a refund.

Last minute booking so it was a "get what you pay for" kind of place or pay too much for simething nicer near the casinos. We didnt like seeing the old mattresses piled outside our room or the suspect men hanging out in the parking lot.
