We love the Palace. The rooms are nice and large. The staff is friendly. It has all the amenities we need. The sports bar has great fun and is large enough to hold guests without a wait. Plenty of gaming tables and machines. We’ll be back again next year, if not sooner.

First impression was the property was very nice and clean. Check-in was seamless. Front desk lady was in training who was really concentrating on doing everything right so she didn't really have any eye contact and seemed unfriendly. She was just all business. (New job... I get it). There was a super nice lady standing beside her who was very friendly and welcoming. We got up to the room and first impressions were it was very nice and clean. When it came time to turn in for the night and crawl into bed, I was extremely disappointed the mattress was very hard and the pillows were horrible! I literally could not sleep the entire night! Luckily, I only had to stay there 1 night. I was very happy to leave!!! The Guest Service menu on the TV said I could check out there but, I couldn't find the place to do it. I mentioned it when I checked out at the front desk and they said, "oh no, there is no checking out that way here."

It was not pleasant to go to a casino hotel and have a couple beating each other in the next room. And when you call hotel staff all they do is come and ask to quiet down. Hello there was a call made for a reason. Not to continue to listen to this for the whole night until 0600 the next morning.

Ck in took about 2 minutes with a very friendly lady. The Palace is a non smoking Casino which is awesome. Rooms are large and very clean. The steakhouse is excellent and so are the other two restaurants.
