It's not a five therm Hotel by any stretched and imagination but, for what you pay for it's a very good value. The manager is always here on the premises making sure there's no problems and no one wanted people . Very helpful staff

Ok for a one night stay to visit friends. Room was remodeled, bathroom was NOT. Outlet by the vanity mirror did not work so had to do hair by the front door. But for the price, it was comfortable and quiet. Nice front desk staff.

Better the 2nd night.
This is my 2nd review of this Motel; my prior one was less favorable. I had to return for one additional night after having a negative experience the night before. The owner was very apologetic about my experience and did offer $10.00 off the walk in rate which I declined because I had a reservation. The room I was given the 2nd night was nicer than the previous night and no noise issues are loud neighbors. I did feel whoever answered my complaint at 3am was a little rude which I stated but after dealing with the loud neighbors I understood. Overall was a good experience, Property is well maintained and close to everything you need. Owner and his son were very kind

Disruptive Neighbors
Check in was easy and lady at front desk was friendly. I had to call about loud neighbors and I did see her go out to check. Unfortunately I had to call again at 3am and whoever answered had an attitude because I told him I paid for a place to sleep and it was the 3rd complaint. He said I'll move you and I said I'm not moving at 3am and they're the issue. They never went to sleep and knocking stuff all night, talking loud slamming doors. So..I did not sleep well.

My opinion
The building needs a face lift. The walls in the bathroom dirty spots, the front door have cracks at the bottom, the floor needs some work. The staff is very friendly and helpful
