The staff was pretty nice. Major foundation problems we had to use a hand towel to close door for privacy. Beds are horrible. A floor should be dedicated for pets only! The outside of building severely needs pressure washed. But definitely UPDATE.

Noisy, especially those with pets. Continuous barking. Awoken 4am by loud talking. Telephone in room did not work. Spent 3 nights without bed linen being changed even once. Shelves in bathroom were dirty, had what looked like animal hair and dirt on them. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. The hotel needs a complete overhaul.

Pitiful!
This hotel needs to be torn down, it’s old and wore out. Not to mention they allow pets and I had a dog two days in a row left in a room down the hall barking non stop. Won’t stay here again!

Needs serious renovation. Rm 326 has a mini fridge that has been leaking for so long it has rotted the flooring in the center of the room. It has caused damage to the flooring and subfloor. Mold smell, mold on the curtains, mold on the bed skirt. Black mold in the Pool and pool area. We were running from Helene the hurricane and everything was sold out.Cracks in the bathroom sink and the tub had damage they tried to cover with 2 floor mats in the bottom where it rusted. 50 Wild cats roaming the property. And they call this a Wyndham. They wouldn't even give me a late checkout because I am not a member and the owners don't give lare checkouts unless you are a Wyndham member. OMG this place sux.

Amazing customer service and hotel 10/10
The customer service was very friendly and welcoming, it was all smiles when we walked in and everything was explained very well. When we entered the room it was spotless and didn't have a weird smell to it! The hotel in general was amazing and clean!
