Overall my stay was fine. Very close to the casino's and shopping areas. Enjoyed the breakfast. I would recommend it to friends. Only issue with shower handles leaking, but reported it to staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the office chair in the room needs to be replaced or cleaned. It was gross. The hall to the room was very musty. The reception area needs fresh paint. But overall not a bad stay for just 1 night.

Hotel overall was great, had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up at front desk then the A/C didn't work and the whole floor had a terrible odor from someone cooking. A/C in second room wasn't much better did not sleep well due to hot in room

Super 8 probably was better

The stay was going well until i received a call at 11:00 pm from an employee with no customer service skills. Then when i went to get keys for other guest for next day male employee tells me rooms were cancelled leaving my guest scrambling on Memorial Day weekend, saying we didn't confirm by 2:30, which was crazy because I was already in the hotel. My advice only uses as a last resort didn't even have fresh fruit for breakfast, sausage swimming in grease then they close breakfast area at 9:30 on a Sunday leaving parents looking for other means well good thing McDonalds is across the street. The pool chairs where also dirty.

Disappointed

The air was not working on the 1st floor. Too hot to eat in the dining room for breakfast. Had to go back up to our room to eat. The beds are much smaller than queen size. No vent in the bathroom. The equipment in the workout room very outdated. Someone can get hurt in it. Again soo hot in the workout room couldn’t stay long. The trash can on the outside of facility was over fool since we got there on Friday through Sunday.
