I've been going here for many years and it was slowly going downhill not its at the point that i will never stay here again. I feel that there not putting any money into this property and are going to leave it open untill enough people stop going here. Very run down, smells terrible musty, carpeting is dirty, very worn. Took a good 4 minutes to get and hot water for sink or shower.

Good stay but I had to take the lid off the toilet to flush every time. I did not want service techs in our room so I dealt with it. The main valve on the shower dripped constantly and also needs addressing. Whirlpool and pool were excellent.

Had to wait 3.5 hours for my PAID room to be ready(we finally got into our room around 10:30pm, after arriving around 7pm - we called Harrah's around 4:30pm, advising them we were having driving problems with the heavy rainstorm). Meanwhile Harrah's comp'd members got rooms right a way(and there was no common area to sit and wait, other than the casino if banquet at the Starbucks station); Room was filthy - toe nail clippings and lint on dirty carpet; bathroom floor was sticky( had to call housekeeping to come up and clean no housekeeping service so we had to call for new towels and ran out if toilet paper. This was NOT the caliber of other Harrah's casino/resorts I had stayed at in the past. That is why we chose Harrah's Biloxi, because of Harrah's reputation. The front desk told us it was a housekeeping problem - lack of help - but did offer to give us another room, but could not guarantee it to be smoke-free, which I declined for health reasons And they did said I would be called when the room was ready. After three+ hours waiting, I went to the front desk, and they said my room was ready for a while, but I had not gotten any phone call from the front desk - that agent I first spoke to was gone. And it still took nearly 20 minutes to get to my room- getting luggage out of the locked bellman room and up to my room. Yes, I was disgusted, and No, I would not - and cannot - recommend Harrah's Biloxi...They did comp me a $50 food voucher, but the restaurant was so-so.

This place needs to be deep cleaned . You cant see anything in the bathrooms as the lighting terrible. You will bot gwt clean towels unless you stay for mote than 4 days . You will pay a resort fee , what it covers I have no clue . You will also pay 20$ per person if you want a chair at the pool, freaking insane . We paid 20$ to use the Golden Nuggets amazing pool with swim up bar . I will nevwr stay here again !!!

Very Nice Hotel Connected to Medium Sized Casino

Five nights. Very nice room with a pool/gulf view. Bed was soft with great linens. Casino while small, had a friendly staff and plenty of variety for table games. The food in the restaurants within the hotel/casino was tasty with right sized potions. Maybe a bit pricey. Bartenders were knowledgeable and attentive.
