The hotel was nice overall. The wi-fi connection was TERRIBLE!!! The shower was nice but the water dripped all day. No matter how tight you tried to turn the knob. That was a waste of water daily. The cigarette smoke was choking in the casino area. The hotel should install air filters like Las Vegas hotels.

The room was small, the mattress had horrible coiled springs that were very uncomfortable. It was an upgraded room; not sure what I paid for. Was told that all of the packages offered on the website when I called were unavailable.

We loved staying at the Hard Rock. The atmosphere was great and we had fun. The only thing we had an issue with is the door to our room. It was very hard to open. We had to put our body weight behind it or use our body weight to pull it open to get out because it was stuck closed everytime we tried to go in or out. We also asked for a late check out, but it wasnt available. So we were disappointed but- Other than that, everything was great!

Everything was great the only issue we had was smoking section didnt exist, we are non smoker and one of the shower heads leaked bad in the shower. Shower was still useable 3it had a total of 3 different shower heads

I mean it’s the hard rock hotel. The whole draw of it is that it’s got tons of rock memorabilia so it’s a destination in and of itself. Room was very posh and the dining options were great.

Went for a concert and stayed night. Room was great with a view of Gulf on the side of the hotel, so that was cool. Furniture a bit worn save for the bed, which was super comfortable. Dual head showers are a plus. Staff very friendly (much friendlier than Las Vegas).
