Loved the pool area and all the places onside. Hate the smoking I’m there’ rooms weren’t fully cleaned and not I’m working order as two plug ins by bed didn’t work. Bulb didn’t work on one side of bed. Sink drained slowly the shower was full on hot water only could use bathtub. Nobody cleans in between unless you stay 4 nights or more we found out! Sheets didn’t smell clean.

Did request to check in early since we did drive all night to get to the property. Was told that the room would be ready by 11:30. When we went back to they told us that the room was cleaned but not checked. We weren't able to get in to our room till after 4. When I went in to the room, I was able to write my name in the dust. I am guessing that the bed was made and new towels were put in the room, but that is it.

Rooms were nice but faulty
The rooms were nice and spacious. We had the standard double room. The standard rooms do not come with microwave or fridge so you’d need to upgrade for that. Also, one of the rooms we had didn’t have any hot water.

The amenities are fabulous staff OK didn’t do anything extra and the doorman that was handling parking was very rude received. No VIP treatment whatsoever. We dragged our luggage around.
