H20 was a pleasant place to spend the day after a long drive. The bartenders at H20 directed me to a local Watering Hole for dinner. Had a great meal with the locals.

Building was hideous with old brown and ugly carpeting and terrible smells everywhere. Impossible to find check in desk as it’s plopped in the middle of the casino. No real good way to enter a lobby to go to a check in. The smell. Did I mention the smell? We were booked in the wrong room that reeked of cigarette smoke and the scent of whatever they tried to use to cover up that smoke and that it was “non-smoking” at $500 per night. We had to go back and ask again if this was the right room and then after 20 minutes of silence the other lady returned to say we were upgraded to a luxury room, that actually just ended up being the room we booked initially. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and honestly sketchy. The elevators felt unsafe and the entire environment from the staff to the clientele was remarkably unpleasant. I suppose because of the hideous decor and low quality employees. Mainly because the whole building was run by teenagers on summer break it looked like. It was weird. Anyways, we left right after we walked into the new “VIP Spa Suite” and I called the front desk to hear the first word being “Operator.” I called a couple times thinking I made a mistake bc I have no idea who I’m talking to. I asked about the VIP benefits I read about online after we booked and what that entailed and the woman mentioned she had no idea what I was talking about and there was no such thing. Idk what kind of false advertising is going on here but, STAY AWAY!

Old, dusty, needs renovated. Avoid this place. Checked into a junior suite with ocean view. Nice view, but that’s where it ended. Sheets were dirty and had hairs on them. Called for more sheets, those were even more stained. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Literally EVERYTHING was dusty. Open a drawer, dust cloud. Headboard, dust covered. Bathroom light was out. TV remote did not work. Had to call downstairs four times to get a call back. Ice bucket, no bag and standing water at bottom. Jacuzzi, clean but dusty, jets worked well. All the furniture is old and damaged. Every corner was chipped and the hinges not aligned. Had to pick up the cabinet doors before you closed it or it would not shut. Sink was corroded and dirty. Air works, but room stayed humid. Staff was very polite. Food was okay, but nothing special. Enjoyed the pool, could be cleaner and better patrolled. Parking was awful. Worst of all the casinos.
