The staff was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. We were sent to the wrong room to begin with amd the keys wouldn't work any door other than our room. It was a little back & forth for a bit which was frustrating but it all got worked out. The mattresses are definitely firm and if you aren't ised to that, will make your joints ache. Love the size of the tub and the fact that it isn't plastic.The pool area definitely leaves a lot to be desired. It is very hot as the a/c doesn’t work and the smell of mold is heavy. The pool is supposed to be heated but the water was very cold. Parking was good and never felt unsafe. It was a little tricky figuring out how to get to the hotel due to road construction though. Overall, not a terrible stay just some minor things need adjusting.

Hotel is in bad need of upgrades. As much as you pay for a room per night you would think that rooms would be in better condition. Pool was not cleaned. WiFi was horrible. Never could connect.
