Very Disappointed

From the previous reviews, I expected the hotel to be charming. But, instead, it is old and dated. While the room was surface cleaned, it needs a good overhaul: new carpeting, updated bathroom. Would not stay there again.

Outdated. Small. Bathroom door hit the toilet, which had a broken seat. Staff were nice and helpfully. The $8 breakfast was big and delicious.!

Check in was easy, and staff was friendly and efficient. My one nit was that the beds were too close to the walls, when there was enough room to move them in a few inches which would have made getting out of bed for everyone much easier.

Property has potential to be charming, but is very run down and not very clean. Carpets were stained and burned, bathroom exhaust fan not working, jets for tub putrid, crinkly waterproof cover in the middle of the bed… Homeless people

I stay at the Fude Rancher when I fly in/ out of Billings. Clean, quiet, comfortable. This time, however, the bathroom sink was leaking and the TV was difficult to operate as it is high on a dresser with a short cord. Hard to hear over the heat/ cooling system.
