Was not impressed, no elevator to pack luggage, not a clean place, no towels in room, noisy bathroom fan (really bad), missing light bulb in bathroom, etc. Very good breakfast. Will not be staying there again.

The guy at the front desk was amazing but our room was falling apart. The tiles in the bathroom floor were literally broken and coming off, there was a lot of wear and tear in the room, stuff just seemed janky and broken and the price i paid for the room for 2 nighrs was not cheap. People also didnt clean up after their animals andnthere was dog poop all over part of the parking lot and the side/back yard. The workers were so friendly the pool and hot tub seemed clean. Although the pool was freezing.

We stayed three nights and housekeeping never came to our room to clean. The garbage wasn’t taken out we had a pile of towels on the bathroom floor that were never replaced. We had to ask for more towels and they wouldn’t take the dirty ones out. The bathroom floor had hair and dirt in all the corners. I was charged $100.00 dollars to my room on a false charge that they wouldn’t even call me back about. The halls reeked of the smell of marijuana in a smoke free hotel.

The luggage cart was held Together by tape and rubber bands. The room had dirty wash clothes in it when we got there. There was holes in the shower waĺl and it was just gross

The hinges on the door were busted and I had to pull the door up by the handle to get the door to close. The room also has an issue with the window being off the track, that I had to fix myself.

Look we all know why you're staying here: it's affordable and has a pool. Is it the best place? For the price yeah. Things to note that are important: the pool isnt freezing but it's pretty cold even for fluffy people, the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine, the TV is a Google TV stick I THINK! I've never figured it out and we just watched stuff on our laptop. Is it dated? Yes. Does it need repairs? Yes. Is it super clean? No. But the staff are accommodating and friendly. The beds are a little hard but it's a bed. The area is what you should expect for an off the highway food stuff and hotels area.

I was surprisingly so happy with this hotel. It’s was clean, very friendly staff, great location, breakfast option was good, bed was comfortable and I felt safe. Would use again if ever in Billings.

The room was in rough shape and needs a bit of love. Same with the hot tub. But the pool was clean. It felt very safe. Hot breakfast. Below average overall compared to where we usually stay, but better than i expected for the price really!

The location was great. Everything else was pretty unremarkable. The hotel itself is outdated and run down. It looks like it has been a very long time since anyone took pride in the business. I was also charged twice for my stay.
