Yeah very bad security. The outside door in the building did not lock. The lobby smelled like marajuana. People hanging out in front of the building. Refused to give me a receipt. The breakfast was horrible. Should have saved my money and slept in my truck.

The water in my room was shut off without notice and the electricity in my room did not work. The manager gave me an invoice at check out noting that I would be refunded. I have not received the refund despite having called back several times now to follow up. When I called back the front desk told me I could not speak to a manager and then hung up on me.

Shower didn't work properly, mildew/mold present in and around shower. Toilet not cleaned. Bath door damp, musty, poorly patched. Hair in shower drain, toilet seat very loose. Very poor representation of a Baymont Inn.

The room had limited electrical outlets and the some of the ones there did not work. Noisy with the train running so frequently. No plug in the sink and when brought to the attention of the desk clerk her attitude and unwillingness to seek a solution was lacking. Card to room demagnetized numerous times. Old rooms needing an upgrade

It was a average motel which was fine, but the pillows were terrible and when we asked if we could have an extra pillow we were told they did not have any extra ones. The room was never made up at all and no clean towels so we had to ask for clean ones I was a little disappointment with this.

Upon checking in have to initial for not smoking but when enter other door to motel stinks of cigarette smoke and not just a little. Our room smelled like an old bar that was smoked in for years. The next morning taking a shower the water would not drain. I couldn’t get it to drain , I was standing in water over my ankles. Had to wash my feet after getting out of shower!! After walking around room getting ready my husband said you better wash your feet again. My feet were filthy!!! Not to mention the towel I was using looked like it had been used and folded back up. Plus I have long hair washed in shower and the hairdryer didn’t work. It was not the outlet. When checking out mentioned to the attendant at counter and his reply was “I”ll put it on the list.” Not a sorry-Nothing!
