Finally a chic and beautiful hotel in Big Bear, This place is great, very clean nice and spacious and a wonderful place for families. Lots of activities and yummy delights and the breakfast is very delicous.

Too noisy!

Stayed on first floor. Very loud the entire stay - with the people staying above us. Requested a switch in rooms, took til the next day for someone to respond to me. Said they called the visitors above us but they did not bc the noise just got worse. Second day they moved us to the second me floor. Unsure why, bc the same issue could have occurred with the thin walls since there are 3 floors total. Thankfully, it did not. No management involvement, nothing offered to us due to our experience; the hotel is very nice and clean, but if you want a good nights sleep - would not recommend. OR - request floor 3! :)

Stay there for a night and loved to enjoy every aspect of the facility very polite to my guest and offered us plenty of complementary services. Great place to stay would recommend this place to anyone I know or whoever wants to have a great experience at big Bear.

Decent enough for a day after tubing

The check in time was 4pm but our room was not ready until 6pm which was disappointing. There is no restaurant at hotel as stated in description but the breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. The grab and go market was good for a quick snack. The complimentary smores at the fire pit outside was great for the kids. The common areas were comfortable and inviting. The room was clean but we had to hunt down towels/washclothes.

Hotel was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was nice. only problem is the parking situation. All the parking spots were full so i had to find a random spot and hope it was fine for the night, and that i left before people realized they were partially blocked in

Clean and updated rooms. Didn’t get my room until almost 5 on a crowded weekend so be aware. Waking distance to Snow Summit and a 2 min drive to downtown. So a great location

Check in process was a disaster. Check in opens at 3 and the property was not prepared at all. Rooms were not ready and we had to wait an hour in line to check in to find out our room was not ready yet. Our room became available only at 5 pm. Disappointing.

Conveniently located near Snow Summit. Newer building is what we were told. Housekeeping did not appear until the final day which I wasn’t sure if they entered our room or not. The bathroom trash was emptied and only bath towels replaced. A bag of trash on the counter was removed but nothing else was done. Very puzzling. TV shut off twice and maintenance was called. Appreciate the fast and competent service by maintenance. Also, additional towel request was fulfilled in a timely manner by the housekeeping staff. The floor of the room was filthy. My toddler walked with her white socks that turned dirt brown. The very least could be to mop the floors after every check out. The edges and crevices of the floor in the kitchen/entry area were caked with scum. Overall a decent place to stay with the options available in the area.
