Room beds and breakfast

Beds were comfortable and guests were quiet enough on first floor by 11pm. Breakfast was pretty decent and eggs were not as good though.

NO one would answer the desk. We tried for two hours because we were checking in late. We had NO towels in our room and our phone was disconnected in the room!! Our friend’s phone was also disconnected. This hotel is dirty, the walls, the carpet even in the halls. It’s horrible! The breakfast was so sad with stale bread and disgusting eggs. Everything was cold.

Poor maintenance/housekeeping. Our room had a leaky toilet all over the floor. In the morning when we left for the day, we mentioned it to the front desk. We got back & it looked better, but after a couple flushes, it leaked again. We mentioned it again the next morning. When we got back again, the entire back of the toilet was sitting on the floor next to the sink unknowing what the status was. At that point, they moved us to another room. The 2nd room had a loose bathroom faucet and the shower door was difficult to close. The 2nd room had no towels or bathmat. The 1st room only had 1 towel. Plus, the 1st room only had 1 hangar. when I had asked for more, they said they didn't have any but found one. The 2nd room had 6 hangars so it's clear they don't distribute evenly. The staff was also not very helpful I asked a desk clerk for a local sports bar; He gave us directions to a shopping mall. I asked another if we were able to check out a day early and get refunded, She said yes. When I asked about my reservation from Expedia saying "no refunds" unless authorized by the hotel, she then realized I couldn't. She said I had to call 3rd party even though it clearly stated it was up to the local hotel. If I hadn't asked, we would've checked out and not get the refund she said we would get. Breakfast was blah. No butter for toast. Coffee grounds in coffee and they wouldn't make more. No spray for waffle makers, so they would stick. Often out of hot foods, bread, muffins, etc.

Insufficient towels. Extra towels came with blood or lipstick stains. The whole place smelled of weed. There were two washers and only one working dryer for the entire hotel, meaning that there was a long backup for the dryer.

This property is one step better than camping outside clearly it was a drug infested hotel. You didn’t even have local Television so that we could look at the commanders football game. This was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. I was tempted to go back out to my van and just drive to another hotel. Do not I repeat. Do not go to this property.
