Nice hotel overall in a great location. The toilet in my room would run nonstop if you did not do some manipulating with the handle (I believe I was in #908). Also, the shade in the room has a relatively large stain on it. It is clean for sure - no question about the cleanliness - but it is not a very attractive look when the shade is down.

This was one of the most disappointing stays for me in a Hilton property. As a loyal Hilton Gold Member, I was looking forward to a pleasant stay. While checking in on Friday, 2/21, the Front Desk associate at the hotel informed me of a $ 20 F & B credit or 700 Points credit per day I would be entitled to. I did not request this information, but she volunteered it and even shared the F &B options I could enjoy at the property. I had detailed discussions with her on the topic. With this information, I had drinks at the Bar on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. However, upon receiving the final invoice, another Front Office staffer informed me that I could not avail of the F &B credit as I had reserved the booking through a third party. This was shocking and completely unfair. Had the Hilton staff not provided me with incorrect information, I would not have used the breakfast options at the property. This is deeply disappointing and I am not sure why as a patron I should not get the benefit as this was a mistake on the part of the Hilton staff.

From the outside looks very new but once you get to the rooms? Is not what expected. Very old carpets, the sheets looked very very used and some damages, the bathroom roof in pieces i mean for what they charge per night? The hotel rooms should look more luxury or prettier..

I ended up checking out early because my room smelled so bad and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The staff were gracious and offered a refund but the cleanliness being so bad is why I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Someone at the parking garage that is working there with the safety vest try to break into my car trunk and steal stuff when I asked to speak to the security manager they said the parking lot does not belong with us when I asked to check the cameras they said they cannot do that.
