The breakfast staff was not friendly and for the price of the breakfast it was not good for our 3 night stay they didn't have bacon and we asked and the staff was upset only for us to ask for bacon or even more eggs but they were so rude and not accommodating and like I stated the breakfast was not good at all for the price they charge for the buffet. Now the front desk was amazing. When we told them what happened with the breakfast staff they were so nice and even gave us points for our next visit because we couldn't even get our last day breakfast because they run out of everything by 9 am.

Everything was amazing about our stay. The service was excellent and the location very convenient. We were able to walk a very short distance to eat great food. During our stay we were treated to the beautiful Grand Opening of the remodeling of the Lobby, Bar, restaurant and meeting rooms. The only lacking was in the bathroom in our room # 325 which had mold in the shower and stains on the bed cover. We will return and request to view the room before unpacking.

Hotel was clean. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day, not a lot of variety. Coffee was not great (Maxwell house). Walls were thin, I could hear when the room next to mine flush the toilet or use the sink. I could also hear the conversations in the hallway. Overall, it was alright and would repeat if needed.

It’s unfortunate that he bed was made without a top sheet and of course one doesn’t realize this until bedtime. The quilt looked well worn and we had to wait a half hour for someone to bring up what turned out to be a sheet for a much smaller bed.. the fitted and top sheet. At that point we made the best of it. There was also no hair conditioner. We like this hotel and its location but are disappointed in the lack of quality control

Most of the staff were great but, on our last day we needed help from the front desk and did not get it. Instead we got bad attitude. We needed engine coolant before we could leave. She called a cab for us. The cab never showed up. We asked about the bus, she did not give us any helpful information. We asked if there were any auto parts nearby, she did not even check the computer for us. She just couldn't be bothered. We finally got the local bicycles and rode 5 miles to the auto supply store. 5 & 1/2 hours later we were able to leave. There were room problems. The first room we had was noisy-we were exhausted and fell asleep but woke up several times during the night because all night long-it sounded like a coffee percolator on steroids in the wall. Someone form the desk called us twice, late in the evening, around 11 PM, because they neglected to get our credit card for incidentals at check in. I told them I would bring them the card in the AM and asked that they not call us again. The next day we were assigned another room. We called for sheets because the sheets didn't fit the bed and kept popping off. We discovered this in the evening at about 11 PM. Staff acted very quickly, but this shouldn't have happened to begin with. Breakfast was terrible. Very few options. Eggs rubbery, Bread like cardboard. This hotel needs more, properly trained staff. There should be two people at the desk for a hotel with 13 floors. Staff are overwhelmed.

The actual room was wonderful no complaints. To start the room and keycard was already in use, so I entered what was thought to be my room but two people were in there. Then I paid for parking 2x, my gate card worked for one day. I had to ask cars behind me to back up so that I could to go back in Hôtel to get issue resolved. Waited at desk a bit while the lady stood outside smoking a cigarette and talking to some guy that worked there. I tell her the issue, she’s says Oh it must’ve gotten authorized for only 1 day, happens all the time. Wow so tall just inconveniencing paying customers on the regular. I would probably stay again but not this location. Room was clean, no problems there. Just customer service could use some adjustments
