I think it is a good hotel only the carpet wasn’t appealing because it was not clean. The TV wasn’t working as well.

It was not very nice I don’t know what happened but the Room 306 was not up to par as soon as me and my Wife walked into the room there was this strong smell of Urine permeating in the air we sprayed air freshener to try to alleviate the smell!! maybe the rugs need to be cleaned shampoo other than that I have no problem.

Room smelled like smoke. Then I got charged a fee for smoking and I’m a heart patient. I do not smoke. Was never told of the charge. Found out on my statement. Called to get fee returned. Took days and was told it would be refunded and emailed copy of refund. Still have not gotten the email. I need to stay in this area two nights per week and will not book with your hotel until this is corrected. If not corrected by Tuesday I will start with bad reviews and if necessary I will contact news about fraudulent charges by hotel.

I was supposed to stay from Saturday to Monday. When I came back on Sunday my key did not work. I went to the front and ask them why my key does not work and they say I checked out already. How can I checked out when my check out date is on Monday. Then they told me that they clean out my room because they said I checked out already. Then they say that I had multiple rooms checked out to me. How can that be? And even if I did it wouldn’t be my fault. The staff there is all incompetent. No one knows what they are doing. Also when they cleaned out the room they threw out all my food that I left there thinking I will eat it when I get back on Sunday. They threw out like $60 of my food to the trash. Even from all this not one person there apologize to me. This is the most terrible experience I had in staying at a hotel..I think that they should refund my money for the food they threw out! I will never stay at another extended stay again!!
