Comfortable but could be cleaner
Check in was fast, and the staff was friendly. The Happy Hour was a nice touch and the breakfast was incredible. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, it wasn’t clean looking.

Perfect stay
The front desk staff was friendly, patient, & really made my experience checking in wonderful. The breakfast bar was so yummy & I even got to build my own omelette which was nice. There was a huge selection of food. The room was very clean & spacious. I even had a fridge, microwave, & coffee maker. I do wish there was more lighting in the shower area but other than that everything was great. I will recommend to anyone looking for a hotel & will stay again if I ever need a hotel in Bethesda.

We requested a room near elevator because one of us has a hard time walking. Literally had a cane and limp walking up to desk to check in. We were given a room so far from the elevator that I thought it was a joke. Parking is affordable $20/night. The room had a lack of light switches, everything manually on the lamp and no entry light so we had to walk clear across the room to turn on a light when we arrived. Bathroom was spacious but tub was very old/dingy. Good water pressure. Beds are on the firm side which we like. We received the 2 comp drinks per person for happy hour. Bar service was VERY slow. Both employees were just not excited to be there. I ordered dinner to take to the room and was told 10-15 minutes for 1 order of wings and salad. I sat right in front of the bartender who took my order. Half an hour later I had to flag her down and ask about my food. It had been ready and was now cold. Salad was just a giant bowl of mixed greens and dressing but chicken wings were huge. Overall not a bad hotel but I like to be honest so people know what to expect.

The staff at this property from the front desk, to the rental car agency provided EXCELLENT customer service. The ladies in the cafe were awesome … they are who went beyond their call of duty. Very polite and friendly. They made you feel welcomed. I will return just to visit with them.
