The only thing about this hotel, the person night auditor name fabio he is an excellent person, very calm and educated person. He is milestone for this hotel. Otherwise personally property is outdated

The hotel provides transportation pass which is very nice. The breakfast was good. Have to do self check in which takes a while and the machine had some trouble with payment.

Location isn't right in the city center but it's walkable if you're okay with that. Just a few minutes walk around the corner is the best view of Bern so that was definitely worth it. Staff was nice but they did also forget to bring towels that we requested. Dirty socks were left in our bathroom from prior guest but they comped us with a free breakfast because of it. Room was spacious enough but not much amenities or items in the bathroom for use. Very basic. Located next to a grocery store which was nice too.

Hotel is within a walkable distance to old Bern, bridge, bear cave, shopping and restaurants. They have big problem with parking so make sure they have available space if you drive car. They have roll in shower which was in a must for us and this time we were lucky with parking.

Doesn’t actually have air conditioning. You can set the rooms to 17C and a fan runs but the rooms don’t get cooler than 22C even when it’s cooler outside.
