Doesn’t actually have air conditioning. You can set the rooms to 17C and a fan runs but the rooms don’t get cooler than 22C even when it’s cooler outside.

Good place with a few flaws
Ok, well mixed feelings about this one. Staffeas very polite and helpful. Give them a 10. Air conditioning is controlled by the building so hot at night. Room was clean but hallway carpet very dirty. No fridge. Rooftop patio is very nice but second night the bartender was sick so not opened. Overall, nice place. Would consider staying again.

Hotel is conveniently located across the rose garden and very close to the bear park. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel to take you to city center and the main train station.

There was no handwashing gel, no kettle, no cups at all which is was not good.we ask them about the handwashing gel but they ignored and said every after 3 days we fill the bottles but it was empty when we checked in.TV was not working after complaint no action been taken.

Staff was either new or simply not very knowledeable. Room was cleaned only once during an 8 night stay. Air conditioning did not work and staff was not helpful in fixing it, nor did they offer alternatives. Much too expensive for such poor service.
