Really great place to stay
Really nice hotel, near Alexanderplatz station so easy to get to and for sightseeing Berlin. Great breakfast with almost everything you could want. We will be going back.

The hotel is near a lot of public transportation which makes exploring Berlin easy. The hotel itself was quiet and worked great for my solo trip. I would stay here again next time I’m in Berlin.

Great location and effective service & comfort
I have stayed at this place for multiple times as it’s most centrally located and meets all criteria related to basic needs of comfort. However, I won’t put it in the luxury class. It more of an effective choice for weekend travels than a cozy luxury spot. After all the hotel seems to focused on servicing the large tour operators and has a total of 1030 rooms.

I had a problem with the reservation. I reserved and paid ahead of my stay or 4 nights, but the hotel claimed that I paid only for 3 nights. I demand to get back a payment for the 1st night that I paid twice.!!!
