Nice room and hotel, access convoluted by doors.
Check in was good, and whilst room was very good, it lacked kettle, coffee etc until requested. Access via lift and numerous doors was convoluted and not user friendly. Cleaning was average, particularly on weekends.

The room was a bit small, but we only used it for sleeping. So overall it was quite fine, and the shoeer is really good. Comfortable room and AC in the summer heat.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of your front desk employees, Lozar . I found Lozar to be exceptionally rude and unprofessional in their interactions with me. Despite my attempts to address my concerns calmly and respectfully, I was met with resistance and hostility. Very nice hotel with great breakfast. The rooms are very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is great. Zoo is 15min to walk, in the other direction are plenty of nice restaurants.
