Functional hotel near a metro stop in a neighbourhood not too far from central Berlin. The local area has plenty of options for eating across the budget range.

Excellently located and feature packed hotel!
The stay was very comfortable, no issues with the room size or features. The fitting in my room are nearing the end of life, so did not match exactly the photos on the site - but pretty close, just warn a little. Probably just from having so many people come and go. Location is excellent 2 U-Bahn stations are only minutes away so you can get on the Line 2 or Line 1&3 easily the centre is only 15 minutes away.

I think they put me in an old, dilapidated room; not one of the refurbished rooms. What an awful experience‼️ Thankfully, Hotel Delta a short distance away was able to take us in, after we decided it was too disgusting to stay there even 1 night.

The pictures on Expedia are misleading. Do not reflect what obtains at the property. Pictures give the impression of a single big bed (two joint beds, maybe) but in reality, the room I got had 3 small beds. Hotel has no value for money. Sheets on the bed I used every day were not changed for over 4 days, perhaps because I didn’t complain. The bathroom is tiny and there was leakage (water everywhere in the bathroom) each time I took a bath. Natural light got into the room in the mornings because curtains weren’t good enough to cover the window. The TV in the room is very small and old model (1990s). It was a very low quality, low standard hotel, perhaps constructed a long time ago. I didn’t enjoy any bit of the experience. Again, with reference to what I paid, I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. No value for money.

This property was not as expected. Someone else described it as a catfish horse and I would agree. Pictures showed mostly lovely modern rooms. Our room definitely was not this- when a trash can and toilet is described as an amenity you know you are in trouble. It was very dated there were stains on the room and hall carpet. The bathroom is tiny and we had to buy a kettle due to the lack of facilities in the room. The only good thing about this hotel was it’s location to the station.

The expectations I had were not met. The location was good, quite central. The room was dirty, the toilet smelled bad and it was too small to use, it felt very uncomfortable to shower in the small shower. The cleaners didn't refill the hand wash container when we told reception it needed to be refilled. The beds was very uncomfortable and it made it hard to sleep, also the pillows were so thin that my neck and back was hurting. The room we got was situated in a noisy area either inside or outside the hotel.

This is a catfish
Listen I planned this trip months in advance and booked this room because of the images listed and the reviews being high. When I ubered to this location the area felt sketchy, lots of people outside wandering around, the hotel felt like The Shining. All of the photos look nothing like the in life rooms. Staff were super nice but I left within 30 minutes of being there. Per the staff the “photos online are the new rooms that are upgrades” it felt like a scam. Don’t stay here. I would not recommend to anyone I attached below a photo of the ACTUAL room

The hotel is a little tired, in need of some TLC, but was adequate for a short stay. No aircon or fridge in room, also no coffee/tea making facility although there is a coffee machine in the lobby. On the plus side breakfast was good and the reception staff seemed to be on the ball.
