Location was prime in KaDeWe with easy distance from the main train station. Clean rooms and good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby as well as to many attractions.

The Mercure Hotel is in a very convenient area. Near shopping, good restaurants and trains. Overall, it is a lovely hotel with a very pleasant staff. We did not include the breakfast, but we will the next time! The buffet was delicious and totally worth doing. Though if you don't want a big breakfast, there are numerous options within a block for a lighter meal. Our room was quiet (facing a courtyard) and spacious. We would definitely stay at this Mercure Hotel again.

The staff was wonderful rooms great although the AC plenty of restaurants to walk to therrs mall next door their breakfast buffet is not worth the price theres a breakfast place across from the restaurant and a supernarket where everything is priced great vs buying from vendors and little stores great experience there would recommend

Great location with restaurants, shopping, grocery stores in walking distance. Transportation across the street. Quiet. Balcony room was small but had a nice view, high ceiling, and comfortable bed. It was an amazing property. My first time in Berlin and never heard of Mercur Hotel. Took a risk and ended up getting lucky. The staff were very friendly and the property I kept pristine. I just didn’t like the sheets. A little too rough but that’s my skin’s problem. Haha. It was my last destination in Europe and happy I chose Mercur Hotel. It’s perfect! Loved the products they have in their bathrooms too.
