Carpet in rooms were stained black. Headboards where people put their heads were stained black. Hotel didn’t have our reservation when we arrived. So we waited and hour and a half before finally getting our room. Conversely, its conveniently located to train station and has an awesome but overpriced breakfast

Right next to train station and if you join loyalty program they give you day passes for the trains and subway system. Rooms are quiet and comfortable

Sehr gute Zimmer, mäßige Hotelbar
Relativ geräumige, saubere und ruhige Zimmer. Abstirche gibt es für die ungemütliche Hotelbar (das kann das Motel one nebenann deutlich besser) und die teuren und kleinen Cocktails

Hotel was fine - standard room in a good location. My main annoyance was that they tried to convince me to upgrade to a room on the other side of the hotel because it would be quieter. I didn't upgrade, and my room was just fine - no noise of note. Made me feel like they were trying to gouge me. The TV didn't work properly, but they fixed that soon after I reported it.

Great place to stay to explore Berlin. Right next to the main train station so very convenient for public transport and you could not hear any noise from the station in your room. Also an easy walk to the Reichstag building. Parking garage on site. We did not eat breakfast there - many cafes close by. Only negative was that the fire alarm went off at 5am and we had to evacuate - but hopefully a rare occurrence. Would stay here again.

Everything was amazing and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m visiting Berlin, the only thing was that the tv didn’t work, it kept turning of when I turned it on. But loved the hotel room and breakfast!!
