Our stay at Hotel Palace Berlin was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception, who mentioned he was new—he was fantastic! We had originally booked a room with a bathtub, but the one available at check-in didn’t have one. He immediately arranged an upgrade for us, which we truly appreciated. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even better. The breakfast was simply outstanding—one of the best we’ve ever had! The selection was incredible, with something for everyone, no matter their preferences. Whether you prefer sweet, savory, healthy, or indulgent options, you will definitely find what you love. It was an absolute dream to start the day with such a fantastic meal. We also loved spending time in the lobby, where we could sit back, relax, and enjoy a drink in a beautiful and comfortable setting. The entire hotel had such a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, making us feel completely at ease. The spa area was another highlight of our stay. The pool was fantastic, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The sauna area was absolutely worth the €15 fee—pure relaxation in a beautiful setting! It was the perfect place to recharge and enjoy some quiet moments. Another big plus was the excellent public transport connections. Overall, our experience was flawless.

Excellent location for Berlin visit. Unfortunately AC was not working and we had to change rooms 2 times to get a room with working AC at height of summer. Hotel rooms need updating.

Really enjoyed our stay at palace hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. Only downside was our Rome was very hot and stuffy in the night.
