Nice hotel great location steps from Berlin Central station. Friendly staff very accommodating. We tried the first night to eat at the on-site Italian restaurant and after approx.10 minutes of being ignored we got up and left. We tried it a second night and had better luck. The food was good and reasonable, service was fair. Overall the hotel is very solid, would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Charged for coffee refills, first time for that. Puts the hotel over-budget? Restaurant was very slow and the staff was quite rude: delivered drinks and dishes with a “you’re welcome”. Probably because I reminded them after 15 min they were going to clean a table in 5min. The pasta was good but still cannot recommend.

Nice clean hotel across the road from the Central Train Station and a Tram line, but it is also within walking distance to most historic sites. My only disappointment was that they advertise the rooms as having a fridge but they are not turned on so I couldn't keep my drinks cold.

It is across the street from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and convenient. The area around the train station isn’t the cleanest. The room was sparse, and would make a minimalist happy. One chair, a few items to make coffee or tea.
