In a good location near Berlin Zoo and Ku'damm but away from the crowd. Good transport options nearby as well. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very convenient.

The hotel is basically brand new so everything is clean and well looked after. The location in Charlottenburg was very convenient with good transport links. We were travelling with a toddler so the rooms are small, but the lobby offered a lot of space for the kid to walk around and explore.

I recommend the property add more storage for clothes (shelves or a dresser), as well as a small safe in rooms. Hotel employees were professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room and terrace were very nice, quite, clean and comfortable for my stay.

Excellent choice For a first time visiting Berlin or for a returning visitor, such as myself Location is perfect. Everything is Walkable On top of it, I Must compliment the reception team that was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young gentleman who welcomed us upon checking in. The only two things I consider as a Feedback not as a complaint are The only eggs options in the breakfast buffet is scrambled egg or boiled egg And in terms of the room Defect there was no min. Or refrigerator. It’s not a big issue and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody

Everything was ok. The bed was super stiff. For the amount that we paid I just would have preferred a free more amenities. The breakfast was good. There was no where to do laundry, you had to pay for it instead of just going and doing it yourself, I prefer to wash my under clothing. Cleaning staff was great and very friendly. Front desk not so much. I even observed a cleaning staff member tell a front desk member honoring. She just looked at him and looked away like he was beneath her.

Please be in mind the train tracks into Zoogarten station are right next door to the hotel, so if your room is on the side of the train tracks, you will not be able to open your window as the trains are very loud. Even with the window closed I could still hear the trains passing by. I asked to be moved to another room for the rest of my stay, but for the first night I could not sleep, trains too loud.

The hotel itself is in good shape, convenient transportation routes what makes easy to move around. The room itself may benefit from a stand to put the suitcases and some drawers. There is not space to accommodate your belongings
