Excellent location for access to cruise ship terminal and to exploring on foot, the beautiful city of Bergen. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Very good breakfast with many options.

Fabulous hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We were looked after by Helena, who was very friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. We would recommend staying here if you are on a Hurtigruten trip as it is very close to the terminal, walking distance with a case, and the rooms are reasonably priced.

Great location. Great breakfast. Staff friendly. Rooms big, but drains a bit smelly. The part of the hotel across the road from the main hotel feels a bit tired / dated, but the room are big. It can be a bit noisy at night if you are in a room facing the Hakonsgaten road, but still had a great time.
