Very pleasant stay- a few things to be improved from other Clarion collection hotels- was not happy that had to pay for robes, but heated floor was great in bathroom. Not as good coffee and tea in room, but lobby tea and coffee excellent.

It’s located in Bryggen, a pretty historical harbor district where many shops and restaurants. Very convenient location, yet pretty quiet. They serve buffet for breakfast, afternoon treats, and light dinner for free. After long day of sightseeing or a day trip to other town it’s so nice to be able to eat at the hotel without any waiting. I would stay again if we have a chance to come back to Bergen.

We highly recommend this property. Our room was ready on arrival, staff incredibly helpful, room and entire property was clean and the dining room for breakfast and 'lite'dinner was more than we expected. Sitting area in the lobby was comfortable to sit and read in the afternoon. The hotel is conveniently located, you can walk everywhere.

This hotel was such a great pick for my trip to Bergen. It is literally steps away from Bryggen, the waterfront, dining, shopping, and local transportation bus stops and around 10 minute walk to the airport train stop. The room was spacious and clean and had windows to open for fresh cool air. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was almost overwhelming with the amount of food options but was all delicious. They also offer a light dinner option as well, which I chose not to partake in, but smelled delicious. Do yourself a favor and visit the top of the tower for a beautiful, unobstructed, sunset view. All the staff was very friendly and very helpful with questions. The staff even filled my reusable water bottle with ice each morning at the lobby bar. Will definitely stay again if I get another chance to come to Bergen.

Really calm friendly hotel. Staff were excellent. The hotels food service was eco-minded to reduce waste. This lead to good food but small choice. This really wasn’t a problem. All included. Loved our stay!

The hotel is ideally placed for historic Bryggen and the centre of Bergen. The interior is attractive and makes good use of the building's historic features. The staff were all friendly, polite and couldn't have helped more. The breakfast buffet was huge, offering hot and cold options. The afternoon pancakes were a nice touch but the real gem is the complimentary evening meal. A hot and cold buffet that easily provided a filling and satisfying dinner option. Overall, an excellent hotel that is highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. They upgraded us to a suite which was very comfortable with a great view of the harbor. The free breakfast and dinner was very delicious, not your usual free hotel meals. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
