The Motto and staff were excellent! We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary and we were surprised with a very nice note, flowers and a bottle prosecco in our room. Highly recommend the Motto!

Hotel was nice and clean. However if you are looking for a nice size room this hotel is not for you. Rooms are very very small and let’s just say, different. Rooms are fine for 1 person and no coffeemaker. The hotel is in a great location.

The rooms were a bit tight. The exciting sights in and around Bentonville made time in room limited. The lobby and first floor comforts added to the pleasure of the trip.

Stunning Spaces and Great Location

Motto hotels have some of the most stunning shared spaces and the Bentonville location is no exception. The rooms are on the smaller side and attached rooms seem to be set up with convertible options (Murphy beds). While efficient from a space standpoint, I didn’t enjoy showering in a closet. It was claustrophobic. Overall, room was clean and had expected amenities, but the hotels shared spaces are the real stars. The best part, you’re ~3 blocks from Bentonville square at this location.

The room was extremely small. No robes, no coffee maker, no real cups or glasses; just two paper cups. The location was great and the bar/lobby area had a nice place to sit with a fireplace.

Hotel is modern and clean. There are multiple spaces in the public/lobby area to gather and read or visit with others.There is a fireplace area, other sitting rooms, a bar and dining option on the main floor. Disadvantage in my room is there is no door to screen one when getting in or out of the shower, so if multiple persons are in the room there is no privacy to dress or undress.

Don’t think it twice!

What a phenomenal property! Staff was friendly, rooms were impecable and amenities were great. 2 blocks from downtown plaza and restaurants. Hotels coffee shop makes great coffee and matcha — and it’s conveniently by the entrance. Junto sushi restaurant was so good i are there 3 times! The bar has great vibes and you can order from junto’s limited bar menu as well. Made use of the gym which is small but has everything one may need (free weights, kettle balls, bikes, treadmills, cable machine, bench, etc). Only issue for me was the bathroom switch had a light that you can’t turn off and woke me up one night but i covered it with silicone sticky bra the next night lol. I would highly recommend this hotel (and i always find something to complain about). It’s that good!!
