Quite simply this is the dirtiest and worst experience I've experienced in many years. The room was filthy, the hotel was extremely unclean, roaches in our room, bed sets that smelled of semen and body odor. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

It was a short stay but nice. Close to airport with shuttle service was a plus. If you're not used to the area where the airport is- it is really dark and curvy so the shuttle service welcomed. I had a 5 am flight and the shuttle starts at 4 and I made it to the airport in plenty of time.

Nice hotel in Bentonville

I had a conference in Bentonville and stayed here. It is near the airport. The rooms were clean with two beds and plenty of space. A hairdryer was provided. The breakfast was very good- a buffet style homey atmosphere with bacon, sausage and waffles. Lots of free parking around the hotel. Nice lobby- friendly staff.

Pool is out of order. Elevator is out of order. Ice machine is out of order. It smells terrible in the hallways. The only good thing about this hotel was the air worked very well in the room. My entire reason for booking this hotel was for the pool so my kids could swim.

Airport shuttle was great

The shuttle from the airport is the main reason I chose this hotel and it was very convenient as I had my bike bag with me. The rooms and hotel were a little outdated but clean and the staff were nice and helpful. It was as expected for the cost and a good spot.

George, at the front desk was awesome! Breakfast was filling, nice safe area,beds comfy, pet friendly! Only big disappointment was the POOL was closed & with the weather being rainy, we were really looking forward to swimming. If I would’ve know I would have booked elsewhere.
