We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the space was immaculately clean and the coffee in the morning was fresh ground beans. I notice a clothes steamer in the room. It was perfect for our one night stay on a long road trip.

Felt bad for staff. Not enough towels for rooms and they had to wait for more to dry. The staff was very nice and worked hard and the breakfast was good.

Get better coffee!

Overall the property was great. My only negative was the extremely average coffee. Yes I get it that it was free and available 24 hrs a day but it's just not very good. I took one sip, threw it out and walked across the street to Braums. Pretty bad when you have to go to a ice cream store to get better coffee.

The coffee is fresh grind for every cup, breakfast was eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, fresh fruit, orange juice, apple juice, english muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, toast butter and jam, just what you need for quick start.

New property - double queen room was a bit small but has good work space and great reading lamps by each bedside. Great shower. No microwave in the room but a frig. Overall, nice stay but small.

We loved our stay at the Avid Hotel! We brought our toddler with us and even after getting to our original room they accommodated us to a room larger and with a tub! Very friendly and will be back if we’re in the area again and need a hotel!

My husband and I came down from between Joplin and KC to see breaking Benjamin in Rogers. The hotel was clean, fresh, only complaint was that the bed was kind of hard. All in all we liked our stay and will likely stay again
