Very clean, new. But noise.

It’s very new! Super clean! I really like they use the vinyl plank floor to keep this place clean and modern looking. The bathroom is walk in shower!👏👏👏 Extra credit for that! The only complain is like all other ppl mentioned, it was very noisy. Something buzzing non stop all night long. It’s like 5 buzzes at a time, and stopped for couple seconds then repeat it again. I can’t figure out what it is. Also in the middle of the night, there’s clicking sound from bathroom. My husband said it was from water pipe. So I had to close the bathroom door. I’m a deep sleeper, so the nose doesn’t bother me as much. So I still like this place! Will go back since it’s super clean!

Had a horrible mixup with a third party business who cancelled my prepaid reservation on a busy weekend. I showed up to no reservation and no equivalent room was available. The front staff and GM worked with me and my daughter and helped us into a room and gave me a great deal. We were panicked as most hotels were sold out. Definitely went above and beyond and we ended up having a wonderful weekend. Room was clean, coffee was good, they had a good selection of free breakfast foods and everyone at the front desk cheered when I told them I won my credit card dispute with the third party. It will now be my go to hotel when visiting my daughter at UARK. I will also be supporting other hotels in other areas that are part of the IHG chain because of this experience.
