We have stayed here for over 30 y ears and watched the growth and transformations take place. The new owners and managers are still working out a few bugs, but good things have been happening. The setting can not be beat. It is ildyllic. It is such a peaceful place.

Beautiful Lake Michigan hotel
Very nice hotel room and facility. Very clean. Beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Great outdoor pool and a separate pool for children. The town of South Haven was great for dining and shopping.

Not worth the price.
Ac didn’t work room is only half finished management was either non existent or didn’t care about their guests stay . The view is beautiful and the spa in the room were the highlights. Under better management or ownership this could be a really nice place . May just be a one time thing but get a feeling it’s not talking to other guests that were there and hearing a few complain to maintenance while I was there also no room service or even asked if we needed towels etc .

This property is under new ownership and they are amazing. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The views are stunning and the sunsets over lake Michigan are breathtaking. This is the place to stay in South Haven.

Great location on Lake Michigan. We really liked the improvements they're doing along the bluff. The sandy area on the bottom plateau along with the fire pit area are great improvements.

We stayed on the property during off season, so very quiet and relaxed. Property is located right on the water. Would definitely go back again during off season.

There was no lock on the back back patio door. The bathroom door did not latch nor lock. Tv was not a 60 inch like stated in room info also did not have Netflix or Hulu as stated. The fire place did not work. None of the exhaust fans worked. The vending machine outside was $3 and the job expired in November 2023.
