Infraestructura excelent pero sin ayuda al turista
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, el desayuno es muy variado, las habitaciones comodas y limpias ... en general es un excelente hotel, lo unico que no me gusto fue la falta de servicio de Conserje que nos pueda ayudar a planificar la estadia en Bento G. unos dias. Queriamos informacion sobre bodegas con almuerzo, unas visitas especificas pero la persona encargada no esta en el este hotel sino en el otro de la misma cadena, no atiende llamadas solo por whatsapp a cada cierto tiempo y esta disponible solo hasta las 14hs. Este es el unico punto que resalto para mejorar.

Hotel moderno, bonito e com ótima localização!
Hotel novo, bonito e muito bom! Ótima localização, bom atendimento, com quartos e instalações muito modernas e confortáveis. Pontos a melhorar: travesseiros muito ruins e secador de cabelos fraquíssimo, e o restaurante do hotel, que é muito fraco. O café da manhã é bom, com muita variedade, mas pode melhorar na qualidade. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar!
