Best location but outdated rooms
This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

Pessima experiencia! Hotel super velho e extretente over-priced! Infelizmente minhas ferias coincidiram com final de semana do dia dos namorados! As diarias foram pelo menos 3x maiores do que o hotel ofereciam. O cafe da manh estava extremamente cheio. Apesar de mascaras e luvas, nao tinha como manter o distanciamento. Nao recomendo e nao ficaria no hotel novamente

Nice hotel in a great area!
Very classy hotel...was greeted with easy check-in and a glass of an excellent, locally-produced sparkling wine! Superb staff! Breakfast was perhaps one of the best I've seen in my travels...with a large selection of items. Hot items were actually kept hot! WIFI was strong, and free! I found a large selection of places to eat within easy walking distance. My only negative observation was that the walls were a little too thin, and noisy neighbors made for a long night!

Estadia razoável
Nossa estadia foi razoável, o hotel esta precisando de uma reforma, o banheiro mostra a idade do prédio, apesar do chuveiro ser bom e as camas também, a limpeza não é o forte. A piscina parece nao ter nenhum controle da água, parece que colocam o cloro de monte, não consegui ficar 1 hora dentro dela, sai me coçando e tods vermelha, apesar disso a agua é gordurosa e e possivel ver que a limpeza passa longe. O cafe da manha é muito bom e completo. A localização do hotel também e maravilhosa. No retorno da piscina no dia em que chegamos nos deparamos com uma pessoa do hotel dentro do quarto, ela disse que estava repondo o frigobar mas haviamos acabado de chegar, o que achamos muito estranho.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e isso foi o que fez a nota não ser mais baixa. O café da manhã tbm foi um ponto muito bom, muitas variedades e qualidade boa.O quarto é antigo, banheiro com azulejos manchados e aparencia de velhos.a cama era boa, mas os travesseiros horriveis, fazendo a noite ser muito desconfortável. A piscina é legal, mas o cheiro de cloro estava quase insuportável... infelizmente não voltaria a me hopedar.

Um estadia razoável no centro de Bento
O hotel é bom, mas não excelente. Alguns itens estão um pouco antigos, precisando de renovação. O café da manhã é variado, as frutas são boas, os ovos muito ruins, poucas opções sem lactose, um mesa de bolos farta e bem variada, bom para quem não tem restrição alimentar. A comida do hotel não é muito diferente do que a região oferece, achei que a comida da região deixou a desejar. O serviço de manobrista é eficiente. Os travesseiros são ruins, a cama é boa. A piscina estava suja, água verde. Fiz a reserva para 4 pessoas, mas o meu quarto estava preparado para 3 pessoas. Só havia toalhas para 2 pessoas. No geral, é um bom lugar para ficar, porém não condiz com um hotel 4 estrelas, conforme sua classificação.

Estrutura mal conservada, infelizmente.
Acomodações decadentes, infelizmente! Sou cliente do Dall Onder Grande Hotel fazem mais de 20 anos, e é muito triste perceber que a cada ano as condições de infraestrutura e manutenção estão cada vez piores. Passei o réveillon com minha familia no hotel, a conservação do hoel está sofrível, paredes mal pintadas, corredores com aparência de abandonados e escuros, a área do café da manhã é uma escuridão, o ambiente fica deprimente, nao existe uma musica tranquila e ambianete. O hall da recepção tem amplo espaço, porem poucas poutronas para acomodar os hospedes, não sendo nada aconchegante, um hotel deste tamanho não possui área para reunir os amigos para conversar e beber alguma coisa. Acredito ser necessário o trabalho de um profissional da arquitetura para atuar na iluminação, decoração e layout dos ambientes. Meu quarto apresentou varios pronlemas, cofre estragou dua vezez, porta do box nao fecha, banheiro alaga, não arrumaram o quarto em dos dias..... Um Hotel pode ser antigo, mas não precisa ser abandonado.
