Family trip to Florida
This was a much needed stop on a trip from NYC to Tampa. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast area was nicely organized and clean. I wish they offered scrambled eggs. Otherwise, it was nice.

Quick overnight stay during our trip from Florida to NY. Hotel is right off of I95. Front desk gentleman was very pleasant and helpful (we checked in late at night). Room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was good.

Not your average Holiday Inn
We like staying at Holiday Inn hotels. They're usually a nicer quality of the mid range hotels. However, this one failed at all aspects of it. Firstly was check in. We had our dog with us. Nowhere on the hotels.com website nor the hotel's own website said there was a $50 fee for the dog. It only said "pets welcome ". I've been to other Holiday Inns where it's around $20 and clearly listed. We pointed out that it wasn't right to charge such a rate when it's not even listed on the website, but the comments fell on deaf ears. We had two rooms reserved. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to get rooms even remotely close to each other. The 4th floor hallways were disgusting with crumbs and candy all over. There was a used hairy razor left in the shower. Breakfast didn't have any bacon or sausage. And last but not least, the pool was so cloudy that you could barely see the bottom, which was almost a good thing because the bottom was filthy. We'll return to other Holiday Inns, but never this one.

The only reason I didn't put quiet was the room above us was extremely noisy. The staff did move us but it was after our need to go to sleep. Kudos to the staff for moving us. The pool was perfect, though water fountain broken.
