Robert, who checked us in, was ever so pleasant! That's the only plus. The front door wouldn't close completely. It took my husband 3 to 4 slams to get it to securely close. The tub was so dirty. There were baby flies; We killed 3!! The bathroom doorknob was hanging so loose, I was afraid to close the door because I thought I would get locked in. Now let's move on to the continental breakfast...WOW! It was the worst I have ever seen! It was NOT stocked!!! They ran out of regular coffee, so I had to have decaf. Grrrr...the menu offered yogurt, but they were out! There were only a few bowls. My husband and I actually left and went to a diner. We paid $326 for ONE NIGHT through Expedia and we were appalled! For that amount of money I want nice accommodations with a great meal I took pictures, but do not see where to upload them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody!

While we were not expecting a 5-star experience, this place doesn’t even deserve the Best Western logo. Bed reclined with feet higher than head. Shower curtain barely hanging on. Shower was pathetic. Even the water in the sink came out sideways. Can’t make it up. No side furniture in the room. Literally just a bed. Oh, and a desk chair that tipped over if you don’t sit in the center of it. Just kinda nasty all around. And we asked for extra pillows to make up for the inverted bed… nope. Even though the hotel wasn’t full, and they could have taken some from another room. Don’t stay here!! Pitch a tent, sleep in your car, drive to another town.

i have never written an other then complimentary review but this Best Western was terrible starting with the hiper, strange fellow who checked us in. The small, old warn room was disappointing but things like only 1 disposable cup for we who registered as two, the bath light which didn't work, one teency small bar of soap, the entrance door which needed a great deal of trickery to close and lock and a tissue box cover on the counter over the toilet tank which had no cover what's so ever. We stayed in 5 hotels in 4 states on this trip, this one was by far the most expensive and by far the very worst (the others were also in tourist locals). There's more but the bottom line is this; I will never, ever stay at a Best Western Hotel ever again.

Had the cost of this hotel room been $150 at the most this review would be very different. The cost of the hotel was so insanely expensive that you would expect a More luxury hotel experience. The flooring was literally coming up. It was dark and dingy. the breakfast was sparse. Overall, it was just a crappy hotel and we paid through the nose so frustrating.
