Property is just so old and outdated. It desperately needs an update. Everything about the lodge is so old and worn down. On the positive side, the view was nice and the beds were clean.

The property has a whole was absolutely beautiful however, the hotel part is a little outdated. Good enough for what I needed. I wish I did have more time to wander the property.

The rooms look nothing like the photos. The furnishing were destroyed, lamp shades broken, lamp falling sideways, buttons missing, honestly 😢 do not use famcy photos to get people to book and then bave rooms look 😢 the way they did. Not cool.

Eagle Crest is a nice area and staying at the lodge gains you access to some of the amenities. However, me and my wife were underwhelmed by the lodge considering how nice the rest of eagle crest is. The entrance area to the lodge is nice, but once you enter the areas where the rooms are then it’s run down.

I arrived at the property at 3 an hour before check in, was told the room was not yet ready. No problem came back at 4 was old that there were only 2 house cleaners for the property and the room was not yet ready. It should be ready by 4:30. Came back at 4:30 room was STILL not ready. I was finally able to get into the room at 5:30. The staff treated us like because we booked on a third party site that we were less than. They offered a $20 coupon for breakfast the next day. Thinking that this would fix the inconvenience. There were shoe prints on the ceiling, used tissues left behind. Buttons in the phone were missing. Picture frame was out of sorts. Definitely not worth the money spent. I would compare this property with a motel 6. Unfortunate.

Very safe, but not walkable in that from one area to another is 1mi . No daily cleaning in Lodge room which is fine. When I ran out of toilet paper they were very quick to bring more. More signage would be helpful for directions or how to do things. Otherwise beautiful!

We will NEVER stay at this place again. We did not get the room we paid for. The room we did get was small, dirty, the TV didn’t work, totally outdated, when we brought this to the attention of the front desk supervisor she laughed in our face, said “id be pissed off too, what do you expect to get out of this”. We travel extensively and have had better service at a motel 6!
