Pine Ridge Inn is a welcoming place that impressed me from the minute I walked thru the door & talked with Ginny at the front desk. She was professional, accommodating and informative. She even came to my room with a minor issue with an alarm and took care of it. The room itself was very comfortable and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Awesome spot, great staff.

Very quite. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice homemade breakfast items (both the pumpkin bread and gluten-free banana bread were delicious). Great views of the Deschutes River.

This property is dated. You can tell they work to keep it up, but it is just dated. It is clean. TV in room very small and old. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were large with comfortable furniture.

Such a great stay with dogs!
We loved Pine Ridge Inn. When we got to our room, there were two dog beds, bones, bowls and blankets set up for our furry family. The fireplace and lights were on. What a great way to enter a room after a long day of driving.

Most aspect are quite high quality hotel
Very spacious nice new facility and good quality breakfast included and offer a reasonable price. We did 3 nights. My only frustration is that I felt disappointed when I came back our room on our second day several hours later we had left, the room didn’t get any service and not done clean up. I do know they planning and nut forgot to cleanup our room. Next day when I asked to cleaning the room at the front office, I had to wait and felt frustration. Staff are helpful and friendly though.

After a 10 hr drive, arrived to our room with the fireplace going & jazz music playing in the background. As a VIP, we received a bottle of wine with 2 glasses. It was so relaxing & the room was beautiful. Also enjoyed our breakfast. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and close to a walking trail along the river. We also had a nice view from our balcony. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bend.

We were impressed by the thoughtful touches when we checked in. There was a dog bed, dog bowls and a couple of dog treats in one of the bowls. There was also a carafe of water with two glasses and two mints on the cups. The T.V. was on and was playing relaxing spa music. The room was clean and spacious, with a lower level living room area, complete with a gas fireplace. The balcony was also surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous and quick to respond to requests we had. The complimentary continental breakfast was also enjoyable with a variety of food choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I thought I booked a hotel room, but it was noisy like a utility room. The beeping noise not just kept me awake the whole night, but also drove me crazy. This is not what I expected from this hotel especially an VIP access.

This is a nice and quiet place with a stunning view of the Deschutes River above Farewell Bend Park. The staff is friendly and the accommodations are clean.

I stayed in a river view suite with a king bed. The suite was very spacious. I liked having the gas fireplace, the balcony, and toilet and 2nd sink areas separate from the shower/bath area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 - would stay here again.
