The room was fine but we had trouble with the toilet. We were offered another room with an upgrade which we appreciated. A chair leg in that room had a broken leg. Overall the stay was fine.

It was great we got in late people were friendly very helpful also remember in the morning we got up early but wanted to have breakfast that was awesome and the people were helpful with directions and getting us on the right direction showing us on a map thank you for the stay sorry it took so long

Bed and bathrooms were very clean, fan only option did not work on AC, which was kind of important as doors are not soundproof and we could hear the neighbor room clearly

Our shower had mold on ceiling. Walls were filthy. Floor had stains. The waffle maker in the breakfast area had caked on crud from 10 years ago and the light feature above waffle maker was just as covered in grease and crud. Eggs were gritty. Pool area was ok. Hot tub kept making odd noises of water trying to go through the pipes

This property has 3 different floors with no elevator. A floor below the main lobby and a floor above the main lobby. It wasn’t very convenient for myself and family to lug our luggage and extra items to the floor below the main lobby. Staff were unapologetic, I’m sure they hear it all the time. They need ADA updated, put in an Elevator!

I didnt like the fact that the hot tub was out of service when i got there. That's the reason i chose to stay at that hotel. For the hot tub. Didn't even get an apology for it being down. Didn't get offered an upgrade or the option to have my money returned to me. I will not be returning.
