The price was reasonable for two queen beds for one week. The room and linens were clean. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. It was yellowed with age and cracked. The hotel is popular and when full lacks adequate parking for all vehicles. One night during our stay we parked on the side road. Location is convenient and although right off of 3rd street, was very quiet. We would stay here again.

We were there for memorial weekend and it was no vacancy. Which meant no parking if you got in late. Rooms were clean, discount hotel, slept comfortably, they don’t offer a good breakfast choice, but my husband and I were fine with a cup of coffee and on our way for the day.

Skip this place - you won't sleep a wink

A food truck pod and bar opened in January 2025 in the block next to this hotel. The food trucks are great, and there's a sitting area with tables for you to enjoy your food. And the bar makes really good cocktails. But the bar is LOUD, and the bass is thumping until it closes at midnight. If loud music bothers you, this is not the place for you. They had their doors closed, and in the hotel we had our windows closed, and it was still LOUD. Also, everyone ignores the No Smoking signs posted all over the place. There were people standing outside the door to my room smoking, and my friend's room was next to a little open space which became a midnight gathering space for the drunks in the area who wanted to smoke. She didn't get a wink of sleep.

TV broken. No hot breakfast. Pictures of breakfast area are not here at this hotel. Front desk at night said several TVs are not working so just need to complain to manager in the morning to request a discount, but cannot since expedia booking. Would never stay here again.

This is a 1-2 star hotel at most. The only good thing was the beds and bedding were comfortable. The toilet seat was broken, floor was sticky, TV was very poor quality. The hotel itself is located in a bad part of town. You can hear every noise from the rooms above you and next to you.

We loved the rooom here. Our only dislike was the fact that the pictures in the write-up for the hotel on expedia showed a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs. What was actually offered was cold hard boiled eggs. But it wasn't a big deal, we just ate breakfast out.

Property was in a good location for us; it was close to family but also near downtown Bend. The property was well maintained and clean, but it was a motel stay (not as nice as a hotel). Pool was HOT and had bugs floating in it. The pool water was more viscous than usual too; it might have been too chlorinated. This was a bummer but not the end of the world. The food truck on site was amazing (Mexican style food)! I would stay here again if I was looking for a budget stay.

This property was listed a pet friendly, but when we showed up they said they do not accept pets and would have to take it up with Expedia to get a refund.

Pillowcases had “BLOOD” stains on them. Bathroom floor/Tub had human hairs on floor & tub. Not cleaned. Original pictures of breakfast service area shows pictures of egg omelettes/sausages/gravy or oatmeal/corned beef hash as well as cold cereal. When we went there only cold cereal/small oranges/ coffee/yogurt cups….. Very disappointing & Misrepresented for sure. Rooms were noisy thru walls/floors. We will NOT be back here in future & do not recommend to others….
