The stay was excellent. There is no elevator to the second floor, which the person at the desk did tell us while checking in, but we wanted the king bed and was only available on second floor. They need to put an extra blanket in the closet for those that need it. The bed has a very thin blanket on it.

The rooms were very clean. The only downsides were the room didn’t have curtains so we were blinded at 5:30 by the sun and the card reader to the second floor outside only worked about 40% of the time. Other then that it was a great place, would stay here again

When I had to go on this trip to visit family it was emotionally hard and I had hurt my back. What a gifts it was to get to stay at this Best Western because of the service ,specifically Taylor. Taylor helped me change rooms last minute , gave me a I’ve pack for my back , and even helped mail back items my forgetful kids left behind. I love Best Western. Thank you Taylor for offering kindness to me.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Great location, near the hwy, with gas station, fast food options, and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommended when visiting or passing through La Pine.
