It is an ok hotel to stay a night if you need a close place to stay to catch the train in the morning because it is walking distance from the Vale train station.

The receptionists were helpful, professional, and courteous. If anything for improvement, it would have been nice to have mini shampoo/conditioner bottles to use.

No app dentre as comodidades oferecidas ao cliente, constava estacionamento. Ao chegar no local fui surpreendido com a informação de que não dispunha e que teriam apenas uma parceria com estacionamento particular próximo ao hotel.

Café da manhã ruim, atendimento péssimo, porta do banheiro não fechava, Wi-Fi não funcionava. Tv ruim (muito antiga e não funcionava no controle). Não tem estacionamento eles tem parceria que estacionamento de rua, que o hóspede paga mais barato, para deixar o carro lá.

Recomendo, custo-benefício.
Hotel rústico, porém aconchegante. Os funcionários bastante educados principalmente na recepção, Luciano, super simpático. Mas, por ser um hotel rústico, não não tem modernidade porém em relação ao preço o custo-benefício compensa ficar ali, minha esposa e eu voltaríamos sem problemas.

Pontos a serem vistos e melhorados.
A instalação física da recepção é muito antiga e de mau gosto, precisa renovar, nos faz pensar se realmente foi uma boa decisão reservar nesse hotel. O atendimento é ótimo! O café da manhã falta opções de salgados e quentes, faz muita falta. O quarto que fiquei tinha uma TV de tubo de 14 polegadas que mal pegava 2 canais e os outros 2 que tinha não dava pra ver ou entender nada. O banheiro precisam verificar o chuveiro elétrico, aqueles furinhos por onde a água sai a maioria está entupida e os que sai água não cai em linha reta para o chão, eles se espalham por todo lugar dentro do box e era necessário escolher a melhor posição pra conseguir receber a maior quantidade de água. Eu só voltaria a me hospedar melhorando essas condições.

Atendentes muito educados e prestativos. O quarto era agradável, camas e banheiro razoáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Como sugestão, eu diria que seria interessante colocar uma mesinha no quarto para estudos ou qualquer coisa.

A estadia foi ótima os funcionários são ótimas pessoas bem comunicativos e profissionais no entanto gostaria de deixa uma sugestão pois no meu quarto de número 420 a internet não funcionava corretamente ficava oscilando muito o que me fez gastar meus dados móveis durante a estadia obrigado.

Recepcionista não recebeu bem Quarto estava sujo, nao solicitaram arrumação do mesmo. Camas baixa de madeira com colchão (espessura fino) desconforto para descansar Banheiro com vazamento no vazo sanitário ao da descarga.
