Pior experiência que tive nos últimos tempos. Hotel péssimo. Como um hotel três estrelas deixa faltar queijo no café da manhã? O café da manhã de um pousada de estrada no nordeste dá de 10 a 0 no café oferecido por esse hotel. Prédio antigo. Até pra carregar o meu notebook tive que pedir um adaptador. Não oferece absolutamente nada de conforto e qualidade. Fora a falta de simpatia da recepcionista.

Experiência Decepcionante: Hotel Savassi Village
O hotel em si é razoável, mas deixou muito a desejar pelo valor cobrado. Localizado na Savassi e com um nome que sugere algo de alto padrão, o hotel se mostra inferior a muitos outros na região. A mobília de madeira está toda manchada, claramente desgastada pelos anos de uso. As portas ainda utilizam chaves, e a foto de capa é pura ilusão. O valor que paguei não condiz com o que recebi: pedi uma cama de casal e recebi duas de solteiro juntas. O chuveiro é razoavel, o ar-condicionado é de baixa potência, e a televisão só pega canais digitais com péssima qualidade, nem sequer é uma smart TV. Reconheço que foi um erro meu não ter lido as avaliações anteriores e ter sido seduzido pela localização e pela foto de capa. Enfim, não volto mais.
