The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

Cama horrível muito mole e faz muito barulho, café da manhã fraquíssimo,para repor algo do café que acabou precisa está entrando dentro da cozinha e pedindo. funcionários. precisa de uma sintonia sobre quartos disponíveis e não disponível, me mandaram para um quanto que estava em processo de limpeza. Depois de um dia. Cansativo voltar em recepção para mudar de quarto e muito ruim. Tem tudo pra ser excelente....

O hotel em si atendeu minhas necessidades. O quarto precisa de um pouco mais de atenção na limpeza. Teias de aranha, bichinho tipo baratinha. Geladeira com resto do hóspede anterior. Outra coisa foi lençol e piso do banheiro rasgado.

Apenas para dormir é bom.
Na minha primeira noite reparei que a roupa de cama não estava legal, então enviei uma mensagem e no outro dia trocaram. Achei as roupas de cama além de toalhas bem surradas e rasgadas. Outro item foi o ar condicionado ou o colchão deviam estar com ácaros pois minha rinite atacou do nada e nada fazia melhorar só quando fui embora mesmo. O café da manhã faltou o básico: pão de queijo, que a moça disse que estava para chegar, fiquei 2 dias sem comer o que mais gosto, mas tinha pudim todas as manhãs, para quem gosta de algo mais calórico. Opções de frutas melão e mamão somente. Acho que os itens deviam estar com uma tela pois muitas vezes vi moscas. Atendentes solícitos. Bem localizado na região. Nota 3 tirando esses detalhes acima.

Atendentes solícitos, quarto limpo, localização excelente para o que eu precisava (ir ao Mineirão). O estacionamento é cobrado à parte (30,00). Poderiam melhorar o café da manhã, achei fraco e com poucas opções.
