A great place to stay

The walks around the lake made my trip a wonderful experience. The staff was extraordinary. I definitely want to return. Sad to leave.

The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

A televisão não funcionava, a luz do banheiro não acendia, o chão estava pregando como se tivesse sido lavado com sabão mas não tivessem exugado. No banheiro não havia toalha de piso, as toalhas de banho eram muito pequenas e finas. Não voltaria a me hospedar. Apesar do ótimo atendimento, as condições do quarto estavam muito abaixo do esperado.

Hotel tem um bom custo benefício. O quarto é simples,.porém ótimo, bom chuveiro, boa cama e ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Café da manhã é um pouco simples , faltando opções de sucos e uma melhor reposição dos produtos pra muitas diárias repetitivo. No geral o hotel cumpre o que se propõe.
