Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

Trata-se de um hotel bem antigo, mas próximo de tudo. Quando for reservar, tenha em mente que não haverá luxo (até pelo preço, né?), mas o atendimento foi de primeira. Como lazer, o hotel oferece sinuca (boa) e uma mesa com disco, cujo o nome eu não sei. A piscina, por ser inverno, eu nem olhei. O café da manhã é ótimo! Sucos, variedade de frutas e pães, pão de queijo delicioso, gelatina, iogurte, granola. Tudo bem fresquinho. Agora o que me surpreendeu foi a oferta de caldos (CORTESIA) a noite! Todas as noites tinha DOIS tipos de caldos para você se servir a vontade! Canjiquinha com costelinha de porco, abóbora com carne seca, canjiquinha com frango, feijão carioca com calabresa… Todos muito gostosos e eram repostos várias vezes! Essa cortesia me encantou!

Pior hospedagem da minha vida.

Horrível a experiência de ter que ficar num lugar sem condições para descansar. “Hotel “ ? na minha opinião é um lugar que não tem nada de bom para se hospedar. Lugar sujo, serviço péssimo, elevador sinistro, barulho de todos os tipos.

O hotel é bem silencioso e bonito. Adorei a localização próximo de vários pontos turísticos. O estacionamento achei com um preço justo, 20,00 a diária. O café da manhã é bem farto. Durante meus dois dias de estadia não houve serviço de quarto e custei pra conseguir trocar a toalha. Nada que atrapalhasse minha excelente avaliação. Super recomendo

A localização é excelente, mas o hotel deixa muito a desejar! Eu tinha que pedir para limpar o quarto todos os dias e, quando cheguei, não havia toalhas. Eu tive que ir à recepção para pedir, porque não há interfone no quarto, ou seja, não havia o básico de uma acomodação. A porta do banheiro estava com problema e fazia barulho quando era fechada ou aberta, além de não fechar direito. O quarto que escolhi foi o melhor do hotel, mas aquela acomodação estava longe de ser de nível razoável! Os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã estava regular, quer dizer, não faltava nada, mas era repetitivo. Eu não me importo com isso. Para mim, bastava ter alimentos básicos como pães, bolos, sucos e café. Tinha tudo isso então estava perfeito para mim. A piscina foi frustrante, porque não estava limpa, mas eu não pretendia entrar nela mesmo.
