Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Fiquei no metrópole há 2 anos e era tudo bem cuidado e reformado.... O apartamento 218 que me colocaram pra ficar ruim tinha que melhorar muito... Péssima limpeza, cuidado, manutenção.

Ótima localização. Próximo aos principais museus, além de excelentes bares na redondeza. As únicas coisas que deixaram a desejar: a falta de um elevador que funcione e a piscina que estava extremamente suja, ao que parecia, estava nesse estado a bastante tempo, assim como o elevador.

Hotel antigo, acomodações simples mas mto confortáveis e limpas. Funcionários atenciosos e educados, bom café da manhã, uma ótima localização pra passeio e compras. Com uma curta caminhada vc chega ao Shopping Cidade, na Rua Rio de Janeiro, ampliando suas opções de compras e alimentação. Recomendo!

Já me hospedei no hotel outras vezes. Ele está localizado em um região estratégica, possibilitando acesso rápido e fácil a supermercados, shopping, metrô, bares, entre outros. O atendimento dos recepcionistas e demais funcionários foi muito bom. Quanto à estrutura, o hotel precisa de uma reforma e também precisa melhorar a qualidade e a quantidade de opções de itens no café da manhã.

Foi ok, mas podia ter sido melhor!
O hotel é bem localizado, próximo de tudo, fácil de chegar a shopping, e outras áreas de interesse. Os atendentes são educados, o café da manhã é bom! Infelizmente nos dias em que fiquei hospedada, o elevador não estava funcionado, e eu estava no 3° andar, então tinha que subir e descer as escadas toda hora, foi bem cansativo e estressante ainda mais com malas e sacolas.
