Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

As instalações do hotel estão sem manutenção. Torneiras quebradas. Ambiente escuro e mal cuidado. Vazamentos no banheiro, infiltrações e mofo no teto; aranha encontrada na cama, ar-condicionado parou de funcionar. O atendimento deixou a desejar: a recepcionista Sintia foi muito mal educada e ríspida. Não nos sentimos acolhidos pela recepção. Com exceção da Geane, que foi atenciosa conosco, o atendimento precisa melhorar muito.

Simples

O hotel é bem antigo e as acomodações também. Os atendentes são super simpáticos, especialmente a carioca. Tem uma piscina na cobertura e é do lado de uma boa academia. Fica cerca de 20 minutos andando do mercado central e outros pontos de interesse , tipo praça da Liberdade.

Atendimento muito agradável. É inspirador estar em um prédio histórico, patrimônio urbano. Contudo, os apartamentos estão muito carentes de cuidados. Tem-se a impressão de amadorismo, no que se refere às obras de adaptação dos quartos, manutenção hidráulica etc. Há muito conserto a ser feito. Considerada a estrutura e arquitetura original, o espaço seria fantástico, caso estivesse tudo em ordem.

Custo benefício bom.

O ponto forte do hotel é a localização, no centro de BH, próximo de tudo. Prédio antigo, acomodações com mobiliário ultrapassado, porém não tem carpete, piso normal, o que ajuda muito. Roupa de cama e travesseiros poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Café da manhã fraco para os padrões tradicionais. Mas ainda assim, recomendo dependendo do objetivo. No meu caso praticamente só entrei para dormir e tomar café da manhã no outro dia.
