Boa opção no centro de Belo Horizonte
A hospedagem fez parte de uma viagem curtíssima e recorri ao hotel apenas para dormir, portanto, a avaliação considera essa dimensão. O hotel fica localizado na região central de BH, servida de comércios, transportes e opções de lazer. Não é uma região segura e tranquila, principalmente à noite, mas isso não invalida os serviços prestados pelo hotel. O quarto em que estive hospedado era confortável, com ventilador, TV e wifi. Também possuía banheiro. O café da manhã contou com opções variadas de alimentos e o atendimento da equipe do hotel foi respeitoso e cordial.

O chuveiro estava com agua que nao esquentava. Encontrei percevejo na cama. O café da manhã nao rinha reposição do items que iam acabando. Só quando reclamava.

Olá. O hotel é básico, muito básico e faltam algumas coisa para melhorar. O café da manha é de 07:00 ás 09:00, precisei sair as 06:40, ou seja, não tomei café. ( no site do hotel, não deixa isso claro, reclamei com a recepcionista, e ela disse que são ordens do proprietário). Se você tiver um compromisso antes das 07:00, você não tomará café. Ou seja, não retornarei ao hotel, e nem indico.

Muito fraco
Não limparam o quarto nenhum dia e não informaram a disponibilidade de quarto com banheiro, e, mesmo quando consegui, o vaso sanitário era muito próximo do chuveiro e sem box. Só forneceram sabonete (bem pequeno) e papel higiênico no primeiro dia. Não é um hotel bom para hospedagem.

É simples, mas atende a necessidade do hóspede
O hotel é bem simples mas está localizado numa região excelente. No hotel tive aborrecimento com a recepcionista no dia 19.05.2024, pq ao pedir para que a camareira fizesse a limpeza do quarto, ela não foi gentil e somente a noite ela veio com a desculpa que a camareira havia faltado e não teve ninguém para limpar o quarto.
