The casino itself was about what I expected, nothing extraordinary but fine for what it is. My main issue, however, was with the room. The sink clearly needed some plumbing attention, as it drained very slowly and would start to back up if left running for even a short time. The toilet also felt quite flimsy. The handle would hit the tank lid every time it was flushed, and the entire tank felt unstable, like it might come loose at any moment. Overall, the bathroom fixtures seemed worn out and in need of repair or replacement. For a property associated with a casino, I expected the room quality to be a little higher. Some updates and maintenance would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Hotel was very adequate for our needs since we just needed food a couple times and a place to rest. Couple problems encountered was upon check-in, the lady said they will charge us more because of additional guest. I was puzzled, then said “I thought I reserved a rate of 4 people(2 adults, 2 children).” A man looking over her shoulder acknowledged, “yes, their reservation is for 4”. If I hadn’t questioned her, being that the reservation was made months in advance and couldn’t quite remember, she would have charged me an additional fee. The only other minor problem was, they only had 3 bath towels, and after cleaning room once, left only 3 towels again. Though the response for an xtra towel was quickly done. Overall, was worth the stay and only 20min from the Canadian border which was a planned excursion.

Wonderful property with clean rooms. Very easy check in process. Cole was extremely helpful, and made sure my expectations were met. The room was very quiet and clean, with a nice bed. The rewards program is worth stopping by and getting registered for great discounts and rewards. The casino was very clean and updated. The cantina was an amazing dinner spot. I sat at the bar just outside the restaurant, and had amazing carne asada fries thay were a very large portion, i could only finish half. I would recommend this to anyone visting the Bellingham area.
