The whole hotel was very old and rundown. There was no one at the front desk for 15 min when I arrived to check in. My door didn’t lock, and my window didn’t lock. There were many holes in the walls that had been filled but not repainted.

Close to the area and things we needed to get to. Property needed paint and repair. Front door was broken and the room could use touch up paint but clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was normal heat and make yourself but well stocked and ready

Its so close by to Wcc which is my priority but we have a room next to the lift everytime it goes up or down it will make a noise.and main thing the bfast is so terribly poor.we hardly have anything when we get down to the bfast area at 8am.theres no fruit no creamer for coffee.its so poor.and the staff says they are very busy.i upgraded my room in to oneking bed..but when we get there they said they did have the room.

The breakfast options were very unsatisfying. Virtually everything was processed foods. The pictures on the website through Orbitz depicting the different breakfast options were not accurate at all. The coffee was weak and terrible. They did not even offer real half-and-half only the powdered unhealthy option. My room had a shade, but not a blind to block out bright lights from the streets and parking lot outside. While my room was clean the carpet in the hallways and the steps look very worn and dirty.

My room is located near an ice maker. On third floor. It makes noise almost every 1/2 hour when it makes ice. 6am in the morning a family with a young make too much noise on the hallway for 1/2 hour. This is not your fault.

OK but Breakfast Disappoints
The Baymont was as expected for a hotel in this price range. I didn't find the mattress that comfortable. Room was clean but unremarkable. Breakfast was poor even by continental breakfast standards. I would note too that the breakfast area does not look as well stocked as in the photo. Coffee was simply terrible.

The room was clean enough but extremely barren, no closet door, no drapes, patched up damage spots on walls. Dirty bathtub. The breakfast was a joke, I was led to believe that it was like the usual continental breakfast and yet it simply had toast and two cereals, and some frozen waffles! Overall it was very disappointing and useless to us. No pool either.
