The people we interacted with (Melody on reception) and the wonderful lady running the breakfast room made the difference in our stay…absolutely outstanding customer experience! The adjacent property and overall unsafe feel of the neighborhood are not factors the hotel can impact but were definitely a factor in our stay.

Room was very quiet and parking was very easy and convenient. Staff were pleasant and friendly. We stayed two nights and were surprised that there was no maid service after the first night. That's the first time we've ever encountered that - a negative factor.

Upon arrival, the desk person was very courteous and polite. The registration was taking care of very rapidly and were offered hot or cold beverages at our convenience. Hot breakfast was included and was to our satisfaction. The breakfast room was clean and neat and the employee very nice. The hotel is walking distance to all major stores and restaurants and our walk to downtown took us only 30 minutes.
