My only downside is when I ordered “Huevos Rancheros” for breakfast and the order came without any sauce at all. When asked to the waitress why the plate did not have the essential element that “huevos rancheros” should have, the response was that the new chef in Biltmore prepares them like that. A lame excuse!!

On first arrival, saw that this hotel was pretty nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating although a little disorganized. There was some miscommunication with our shuttle pickup and getting a shuttle to dinner took more time than I would have liked. Our room was clean but we did not have hot water. Eventually we were moved to a new room, but still noticed that the water temp was warm and never hot. At 7:45 AM crew started doing loud construction on the property and that was a jarring way to wake up, but after we politely complained they stopped. Overall, I’d stay here again based on the cleanliness of the property and friendliness of the staff.

We were in a downstairs room and the staff started cleaning pretty early in the morning and they are not very quiet. Front desk gentleman that greeted us when we arrived was not very friendly but when we left, the lady was very nice. Besides that, the place is clean.

I always enjoy my stay here. They even set up birthday decorations in the room last minute. All the staff is always very nice and welcoming as well.

Beautifully designed and landscaped hotel. The guestroom was impersonal with terrible Folgers coffee. The coffee in the restaurant tasted of mildew. The front desk staff was very nice
