Close to the the titanic area, excellent position, the area does need more eating options, though, quite an expensive area, a pint of magners cider was 7pounds,and food was very expensive, also, taxi from BHD to hotel, 10 minus drive 13 pounds, but a great time
Our stay in the Titanic Hotel was absolutely amazing. It was a short break to celebrate my husband’s 70th. Everything in the hote was perfect, all of the staff were lovely and they couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone.
I’d love to rave about this hotel, I loved the location next to the Titanic Museum, I love the design and the fact that it was in the old white star offices… Also the dinner was very good, and the breakfast buffet was adequate and seemed reasonably good value. However, the hotel tried to charge me twice for my room and then have me come back to try and charge me twice for breakfast which took time out of my one-day stay in Belfast and was very frustrating. It’s a shame they’ve let themselves down.
Lovely hotel, bar area is wonderful, we upgraded our room but was disappointed how small it was and not as advertised but walkable into the city and beautiful hotel
Each member of staff I encountered here was impeccable, friendly and welcoming with nothing too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with stunning details wherever you turn. My room was perfect, clean and spacious with everything I needed plus the world’s most comfortable bed! It’s a short walk from the city centre, which takes you down the Maritime Mile so it’s perfect for stretching your legs while taking in the view. There is also convenient bus stops nearby if needed, as well as quick taxi service (ask at reception) plus an added bonus if you do the City Sightseeing bus tours: there’s a stop on the opposite side of the road. I don’t drive but I believe there is convenient parking as well. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would happily stay again on my return to Belfast!
Great hotel with cool history. Clean, updated/modern, excellent staff, nice food and bar options. Easy cab ride into city center (location is the only issue here, but it's really not far at all)
This hotel was amazing!! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the street noise. We were in a King Suite room 101. Basically the 2nd floor, as their ground floor is 0. It sounded like we were sleeping on the sidewalk. Just ask to be facing the Titanic Museum, those were the quiet rooms.
The property is like a museum itself! It truly is amazing and down to the details of having a Titanic tv channel. Loved it!!!
Hotels.com listing says room service is available but for breakfast you have to place your order on the door before you go to bed. We didn’t know about this, they forgot to tell us at check in.
Very comfortable stay right across from the Titanic museum. The nautical decorations in the hotel are wonderful. Had some great cocktails and delicious dinner in a wonderful historical space. The breakfast was impressive too :))
