I chose this because of Titanic experience. Kind of a splurge but well worth it. Like staying at a Disney hotel. Adds to experience. And it’s a really nice hotel with great restaurants. A great value.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The bedroom was perfect a large room with a walk in shower which we’d requested on booking. There was a choice of restaurants to eat and both were very good.
Beautiful hotel, great position near lots of attractions and short walk to the centre. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole setting was splendid and super quality. However, the hotel is not yet at the standard that is expected. Staffing levels were low. Lots of waiting around in the bar and to be seated. Lack of service attention in meals . We dined at the Wolff grill on the Saturday evening . Staffing levels low and service felt rushed . Clearly a lack of maitre d on duty managing the staff who started sweeping floors in the restaurant whilst diners were still there. Food was satisfactory but not worth returning for. Everything was under seasoned and no “chefyness” in the flavours though presentation good. If staff levels and service quality together with high food quality this would be 5 star but currently not.
Front desk service was excellent but the restaurant service was not attentive. The hotel all together was a unique experience and would definitely stay again.
